Essential Qualification : Officers is under the central Government/State Government/Union Territories/Agricultural Universities/Indian Council of Agricultural Research/recognized Research Institution/public Sector Undertakings
(i) Holding analogous post on a regular basis
(ii) Holding post in level-14 (144200-218200) of the Pay matrix or equivalent with three years regular service in the grade
(iii) Possessing 10 years experience in the field of development administration including fisheries development or research
