Post Name: Junior Research Fellow

Essential Qualification:

  • M. E./M. Tech./M.Sc. in Geoinformatics/ Remote Sensing and GIS/ Water Resources Engineering/ Hydrology/ Agricultural Engineering or allied fields.

  • GATE qualification in Geomatic Engineering (GE)/ Civil Engineering (CE)/ Agricultural Engineering (AG) or CSIR UGC-NET qualified in equivalent field.

Desirable: Candidates having working experience in Remote Sensing and GIS, particularly with either of these tools - ArcGIS/ QGIS/ Google Earth Engine/ ERDAS.

 

Post Name: Research Associate I/II/III

Essential Qualification:

  • Ph.D. degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Water Resources Engineering/Hydrology or allied fields (1 No.)

  • Ph.D. degree in Civil Engineering/Ecological Science or Engineering/ Environmental Science or Engineering/Biotechnology or allied fields (1 No.)

  • Ph.D. degree in Economics specializing in Environmental Economics/Agricultural Economics/Development Economics or allied fields.

  • Excellent Speaking, Reading, and writing skills in Hindi and English are mandatory.

Desirable:

  • Candidates having working experience in basin hydrology, hydrological modeling, remote sensing, GIS, climate data analysis, pollution load analysis, pollution source mapping, waste, wastewater, solid waste analysis, and treatment.

  • Candidates should provide evidence of conducting high-quality research during or after their Ph.D. program.

 

Post Name: Field Assistant

Essential Qualification:

  • B. Tech. in Civil Engineering or allied fields (1 Nos.)

  • B. Tech./B.Sc. in Environmental Science or Engineering or allied fields (1 Nos.)

  • M.A/M.Sc./M.Phil. in Agricultural Economics/Environmental Economics/Development Economics or allied fields (1 Nos.)

  • Excellent Speaking, Reading, and writing skills in Hindi and English are mandatory.

Desirable: Candidates have working experience with extensive field surveys and data analysis through spreadsheets, Report writing and presentation preparation.
