Inter State Council Secretariat invites applications for the following post via Deputation:

Accountant

Eligibility: (A)(i) UDCs of CSCS or other cadres with 8 years regular service in the grade. 

(ii) Who have undergone training in cash and accounts work in the ISTM or equivalent. 

(B) Officers under the Central Govt. (a)(i) holding analogous posts on regular basis; OR 

(ii) With six years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Pay Level - 5 Rs. 29200-92300/- of the pay matrix table of 7th CPC (Pay Band1 (Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 2800 of the prerevised scales) or equivalent in the parent cadre/department; OR 

(iii) With eight years regular service in the posts in the Pay Level -4 Rs. 25500-81100/- of the pay matrix table of 7th CPC (pay band-1 Rs. 5200-20200/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 2400/- of the pre-revised scales).AND 

(b) (i) who have undergone training in cash and accounts work in the ISTM or equivalent. OR 

(ii) A passed in the SAS or equivalent examination conducted by any of the organized Accounts Department of the Central Government.
