Essential Qualification:

1. For Vehicle Driver (Post Code-655/714/56/2024) under State Property Department, Uttarakhand:-

• Must have passed the eighth class examination from a recognized educational institution, and

• Must have a valid drivers license to drive heavy or light vehicles, as the case may be, for a period of not less than 03 years before the date of notifying the employment office of the vacancy under Rule 16.

2. For Driver (Post Code - 788/714/56/2024) under Uttarakhand Governor Secretariat:- Must have passed Class 8 examination from a recognized educational institution, and must have a valid driving license for a period of not less than five years preceding the first day of the selection year and must have knowledge of the traffic regulations prescribed in the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and the rules made thereunder. 3. For driver (post code - 770/715/56/2024) under state services of Uttarakhand Technical Education Council, Roorkee, Dehradun:-

• The candidate must have passed 8th class examination from a recognized educational institution, and

• Under Rule 16, the candidate must hold a valid driving license to drive heavy or light vehicles, as the case may be, for a period of not less than 03 years before the date of notification of the vacancy to the employment office.
