Essential Qualification: Member of ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India).

Essential Work Experience:

• Minimum 19 years of post-qualification experience in Company Secretarial compliance, corporate governance, legal compliance, compliance monitoring, auditing processes/practices in a listed Government/Public/ Private Sector Company of repute. A legal degree will be an added advantage

• Minimum 19 years of post-qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevant area in a listed Government/Public Sector Undertaking, out of which 04 years experience in the post and scale of 100000-260000 or above (IDA pay scale of E7 grade effective from 01/01/2017) or equivalent level/post profile in a listed Private company of repute.
