Officers from Central / State / Union Territory Governments / Universities / Central Statutory / Autonomous Bodies / Public Sector Undertakings / Research and Development Organizations.

  • Holding analogous posts on regular basis; OR

  • With 5 years regular service in the post in PB 2/3 with Grade pay 5400 AND

  • Graduate in Commerce or Graduate in Economics (with Accounts and Audit as major subjects) + should have passed the SAS exam OR

  • Should be a Chartered Accountant
