Post Name: Senior Consultant (Quality and Patient Safety)

Essential Qualification:

(i) Possess MBBS / BDS/BAMS/BYMS/BUMS/BSMS/BHMS degree from a recognised university

(ii) Two years full-time Post graduate degree from a reputed institute:

(a) Masters in Hospital Administration

(b) Masters in Hospital Management

(c) Masters in Public Health

(d) Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital and Health Management

Essential Work Experience:

(i) Three years of Robust Experience of Implementing NQAS with tangible results

(ii) 3 years post-qualification experience (after two years’ PG degree)

Post Name: Consultant (Public Health Administration)

Essential Qualification:

(i) Graduate degree in MBBS, with postgraduate having MD in Community Medicine/Masters in Public Health/ PhD in Public Health/ Post graduate diploma in Hospital and Health Management

Or

(ii) BDS/AYUSH/B.Sc. Nursing/Bachelors in Social Work/Nutrition with Post-graduation (Diploma/Degree/ higher qualification):

(a) PhD in Public Health

(b) PhD in Nutrition

(c) Master of Public Health (MPH)

(d) MDS in Public Health Dentistry

(e) M.Sc. in Community Nursing

(f) Master of Business Administration in Hospital & Healthcare Management

(g) Master in health planning & Health Policy

(h) Master in Global Health

(i) Master in environmental health

(j) Master in Epidemiology

(k) Master of Science in Nutrition

(l) Masters in Maternal and Child health

(m) Master in Social Work

(n) Post graduate diploma in Health and Hospital Management

Essential Work Experience:

2 Years of Post Qualifications work experience with the above-mentioned PG Degrees.

Or

Those having MBBS degree, 2 years experience is required.

Or

Those having MBBS with MD no experience is required.

Desirable Work Experience:

(i) Demonstrated experience of working in public health at block/ district/ state or national level.

(ii) Experience in core public health domains like NHM/ Maternal and Child health/ RMNCH+A/ NHPs/ Health planning/ Health policy and advocacy/ Public Health system strengthening or Health Care Management.

(iii) Demonstrated experience in Operationalizing health program at field level / working in strengthening of district level health systems

(iv) Organizing workshops at national & state level for health infrastructure particularly critical care areas like High Dependency Unit, Operation Theatre, Labour Room, Labs, CSSD, etc.
