Essential Qualification: B.E./ B. Tech/ B. Arch. or its equivalent

Essential Work Experience: Minimum 05 years post qualification experience
1. Experience in handling infrastructure assignments related to extensive research.
2. Benchmarking studies of Infrastructure assignments.
3. Proficiency in presentation documents,
4. Preparation of Financial Models is preferable.
5. Prior experience in the areas of TOD/ Real Estate for Transit Projects is preferable

Desirable: MBA/ Master/ PG Diploma in Management/ Urban Planning/ Urban Design or its equivalent.
