CSIR Institute of Himalayan Bioresource Technology invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Project Associate-I/II

Essential Qualification: MSc in Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology/ Virology/ Bioinformatics/ any related to Computational Biology from a recognized University.

Essential Work Experience: With two years of research experience in Universities / National Research Institutions/ Industry.

Desirable: 

  • Experience in clinical/ human sample handling in BSL2/ BSL3 facility is a must, viral RNA isolation, qRT- PCR, genomic library preparation.

  • NGS sequencing. Experience in Linux/R/Python.

  • NET/GATE qualified candidates will be preferred.
