Essential Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences/Social Work/Population Studies/Public Health and allied fields.
Essential Work Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in research projects in the field of HIV/AIDS is desirable. The candidate should have research skills in quantitative and/or qualitative data collection, management, and analysis. Conversant in t h e local language in addition to English. Well-versed in reporting and documentation. She/he shall have experience conducting FGDs/IDIs with HRGs and Bridge populations. The candidate should be sensitive towards issues relating to HRG communities and PLHIVs.
Desirable:
Knowledge of the National AIDS Control Programme and programmatic evaluations
Quantitative data collection skills and knowledge
Qualitative data collection skills and knowledge
