Essential Qualification:

Consultant DR - Officers retired in the pay Level-11 & above from Central Govt. offices. Consultant Sr PPS/ PPS - Officers retired in the pay Level-11/12/13 from Central Govt. offices. Consultant SO - Officers retired in the pay Level-8/9/10/11 from Central Govt. offices Consultant Assistant- Officers retired in the pay Level-7 from Central Govt. offices

Essential Work Experience:

The officer should have experience in their relevant field/administration and in general working of Government. Knowledge of computers is essential. Experience in RTI matters will be an added qualification.
