Essential Qualification:
Officer holding the post of Stenographer under the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories:
(i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
(ii) with ten years regular service in grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts in PB-1, 5200- 20,200 in plus Grade pay of 2400/- in the parent cadre or department.
