Post Name: Program Manager

Essential Qualification: The candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree/diploma in

mathematics/engineering/education/science and work experience in an organization

working in the field of school education. The candidate should have at least 8 years of post qualification experience in Teaching\Science Communication\Museum

Curation\Management in respective fields. The candidate should have designed/made

minimum 50 STEM models/big-scale exhibits. Candidates selected for the post will be

responsible for developing and documenting STEM models content. The candidates who dont meet the above qualifications should not apply.

Desirable: He/she should have passion for experiential and hands-on education and conceptually sound in STEM education. The candidate with interest and exploration in STEM kits will be given preference. The candidate must be comfortable building mechanical models/activities for teaching math, science to students and teachers. Candidates who are comfortable building low cost teaching aids for math and science school students would be preferred. Experience of documenting the science and math activities in the form of videos and manuals is also a desirable qualification for the job. The job responsibility would also include creating a curriculum which integrates activities, stories with the current syllabus.
