Post Name: Senior Deputy Manager (Welfare)

Essential Qualification: A degree from a recognised University

Essential Work Experience:

(i) 12 years experience in executive cadre in the field of Personnel Management, Labour Welfare and Industrial Relations etc in Industrial/Commercial/Government Undertaking

(ii) Knowledge of Marathi

Desirable: Post Graduate degree/diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Social Work/Labour Welfare or allied subjects or degree in Law from a recognised University/Institution.
