Indian Institute of Management Sambalpur invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Director

Essential Qualification: Must be a distinguished academic with Ph.D. or equivalent having at least fifteen years Teaching or Research experience and shall have worked as a Full Professor at a reputed institution for at least seven years, or shall have industry experience at a higher level for at least fifteen years.

Desirable:

1. Outstanding academic credentials from an educational institution with first class in graduation / post graduation

2. A good track record of accomplishments in academics, including research papers in reputed journals (ABDC Class A or above)

3. Good record of administrative leadership positions
