(ii) With five years of service rendered after appointment to the post on a regular basis in the level 4 (25,500-81,100) in the parent cadre or department; and Possessing the following educational qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Electronics of Computer (IT) or Printing or Photography or Textile Designing or Art and Crafts or Interior Designing or Tailoring (recognized by Government).
