West Bengal Health Recruitment Board invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Senior Chemist

Essential Qualification:

(i) holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry or Dairy Chemistry or Food Technology, Food and Nutrition; or

(ii) holds a degree in Bachelor of Technology in Dairy/ Oil from a recognised University in India or is an associate of the Institution of Chemists (India) by examination in the section of Food Analysts conducted by the Institution of Chemists (India), or any other equivalent qualification recognised and notified by the Central Government for such purposes; and

(iii) has not less than five(5) years of experience in the analysis of food and water; and

(iv) the candidate must be able to speak, read and write in Bengali and in other languages as per extant rules/ orders of the State Government
