Essential Qualification: 

1. Officers of the Central Government:

   • Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre/ Department; or

   • With three years regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the Matrix of Level-6 (35,400-1,12,400/-) or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department;and

   • The Departmental Officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation as absorption. Similarly, deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion.

   • Masters Degree in Economics or Commerce of a Recognized University or equivalent;

   • Other knowledge: Basic Computer Efficiency
