Post Name: Consultant (Administration)

Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s in Arts/ Hospitality/ Office Administration/Business Administration/ Marketing/ H.R. with Masters in Office Administration / Finance / HR/ Marketing / Masters in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related areas.

Essential Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in handling government /Corporate Events/ working in hotel of repute. 

Desirable: Certificate in Secretarial Practice / Certification in Vigilance / Certification in RTI Course

Experience in Government, Quasi Government or Government funded autonomous institutions

 

Post Name: Consultant Community

Essential Qualification: 

MBBS/BDS with a Post-Graduate Degree or Diploma in Community Medicine/Public

Health/Epidemiology/Health Administration/ Health Management

Essential Work Experience: 

  1. Have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in implementation of community health programmes.

  2. Experience in direct implementation of health service delivery programmes through

  3. Government, NGOs or Development partners

  4. Experience in one or all of the following: documentation, data analysis, and training.

  5. Excellent analytical skills, communication and presentation skills, and interpersonal abilities.

  6. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. 

Desirable:

  1. Experience of undertaking research and writing training modules on health

  2. Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

  3. Demonstrated experience in working with NGO led CPHC

  4. Health Worker programs/state-level public health programmes

  5. Working knowledge of computers, IT applications and IT tools for data analysis

  6. Working knowledge of Hindi /other major regional languages

Essential Qualification: Possess an MBBS / BDS with a post graduate degree or diploma in Public

Health/Epidemiology/IT/Communications

Essential Work Experience: 

  1. Have at least one year of post-qualification experience in implementation of health programmes,including community health

  2. Experience in direct implementation of health service delivery programmes through government, NGOs or Regional Resource Centres.

  3. Experience in one or all of the following: documentation, data analysis, and training.

  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical and interpersonal abilities.

  5. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English To be able to meet stringent guidelines at short notices

  6. and operate in an evolving environment

  7. Willingness to travel to states & districts to collect technical information and ability to

  8. subsequently synthesize information into research evidence. 

Desirable: 

  1. Working knowledge of Hindi / other major regional language

  2. Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

  3. Demonstrated experience in working with NGO led Primary Health Care/Community Health

  4. Worker programs/state level public health programmes.
