CSIR Central Mechanical Engineering Research Institute invites application from eligible candidates for Walk-in-Interview for the following posts:

Post Name: Project Associate-I/II

Essential Qualification:

B.E./ B.Tech or M.Tech in Mechanical/ Computer / Electronics/ Agriculture engineering from a recognized University

(i) Selected through National Eligibility Test-CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE OR

A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT. DAE, DOS, DRDO. MHRD.ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER etc

(ii) Two years of experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organization and Scientific activities and Services

Desirable:

(1) Good Knowledge/ Experience in design and development of farm machinery, Mechatronic/Robotic system design.

(2) Good Knowledge/ Experience in programming, Image processing, Artificial intelligence
