Application Summary
Delhi Metro Rail Corporation invites applications for the following post via deputation/direct recruitment:
Post Name: Chief Engineer (Civil)
Essential Qualification:
1. Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University / Institute
2. The officer should have varied experience of working in Civil/Construction department, in Indian Railways/CPSUs/CPWD and should be conversant with functioning in computerized environment. Hands on knowledge of various computer applications, relating to the job is desirable. Officer should be free from D&AR and Vigilance enquiry.
A. For candidates working in the Railways/CPSUs/CPWD in CDA pay scales:
1. Officers working in Level 14 (144200-218200) in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC or higher; in the Railways, or, in any CPSU, or, the CPWD, including services put in on deputation, in the above pay scale, with a total of 18 years service at Gazetted / Executive level. Officers working in Non-Functional Grade (Level-14) may also apply (for candidates applying on Deputation / Direct Recruitment basis). OR
2. Officers working in Level 13 (123100–215900) (G.P.8700) or above in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC, for atleast 5 years in the same pay scale in the Railways, or, in any CPSU, or, the CPWD, including services put in on deputation, in the above pay scale, with a total of 18 years service at Gazetted / Executive level in any Govt. Organization (for candidates applying on Direct Recruitment basis).
B. For candidates working in IDA pay scale:
1. Officers working in the pay scale of 1,20,000–2,80,000 or higher, in any Govt Organization, including services put in on deputation, in the above pay scale, with a total of 18 years of service at Gazetted / Executive level in any Govt. Organization (for candidates applying on Deputation / Direct Recruitment basis) OR
2. Officers working in the pay scale of 1,00,000-2,60,000 for at least 5 years service in the same pay scale, including services put in on deputation, in the above pay scale, with a total of 18 years of service at Gazetted / Executive level in any Govt. Organization (for candidates applying on Direct Recruitment basis).
