Director (Administration & Finance)

Officers under the Indian Administrative Service or Central Services Group A

a) 

(i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in thee parent cadre or department; or

(ii) with five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Level 12 of Pay Matrix (Pre-revised pay scale of 15,600-39,100+GP 7600/- or equivalent in the parent cadre or department
