Essential Qualification:Officials of the Central Government, State Government, Autonomous Bodies, PSUs/Central Academic Institutions
Holding analogous post on a regular basis (OR)
With 5 years of regular service in the post in the scale of pay of Rs.9300-34800+GP 4200, Level 6 (OR)
with three years of regular service in the scale of 9300-34800+4600, Level 7
Successful completion of training in the Accounts wings of the Central/State Govt Organization
A pass in SAS or equivalent examinations conducted by Central/State Government Agencies.
