Post Name: Junior Research Fellow
Essential Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech/ in ECE (First Class) and M.E./M.Tech in ECE (First Class) with specialization in VLS Technology or VLSI System Design or Microelectronics and VLSI or Equivalent with valid GATE Score.
Essential Work Experience: Desirable: Prior knowledge/ prior experience in Semiconductor Device Modeling, Physics of Nanoelectronic devices, Advanced MOS devices, Hands on experience of TCAD Tools, etc.
