Essential Qualification: 

• Holding analogous posts on a regular basis;

• With two years regular service in post in the scale of pay of 9300-34800+ GP 4200/- or equivalent;

• With seven years regular service in posts in the pay of 9300-34800+ GP 2800/-or equivalent; and

• have passed Subordinate Accounts Service Examination conducted by the organized accounts service/Department or have successfully completed the cash and Accounts Training of the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management with experience in Administration, Accounts and Establishment matters.
