Mahatma Gandhi State Institute of Public Administration Punjab invites application from eligible candidates for Walk-in-Interview for the following post :

Post Name : Accounts Clerk

Essential Qualification :

(1) B.Com (2nd Div. or above) with Punjabi language exam pass at matriculate level.

(2) Possesses at least one hundred and twenty hours course with hands on experience in the use of Personal Computer or Information Technology in Office Productivity applications or Desktop Publishing applications from a Government recognized institution or a reputed institution, which is ISO9001 certified.

(3) Possesses a Computer Information Technology course equivalent to O Level certificate of Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Course (DOEACC) of Government of India OR equivalent or higher diploma/degree.

(4) a retired employee of Punjab Government or its boards/ corporations etc. having at least 5 years of work experience on the post of Accounts Clerk or above, having B.Com degree in any stream (2nd Div. or above) with Punjabi language exam pass at matriculation level.

Desirable :

(1) Proficiency in M.S. Office (Excel, Power Point and Word)

(2) Strong communication skills (written and oral) to effectively correspond with a diverse audience.

(3) Typing speed in English (40 wpm) and Punjabi (30wpm in Raavi Font) on computer.

(4) 2 years or above work experience in relevant field
