Post Name: Expert/Specialist (Financial Analysis & Strategy)

Essential Qualification: CA/CMA

Essential Work Experience: Minimum 22 years of post qualification experience in Industry as below out of which at least 05 years experience in Shipbuilding Industry.

  • Expert Advise on Treasury, Investment and Taxation matters.
  • Guidance on INDAS application.
  • Guidance for preparation of internal estimate and subsequent negotiation with vendors for major ordering.
  • Providing analytical report and project support to higher Management.
  • Identifying opportunities for performance improvement across the Organisation preferably in SAP environment.
  • Development of model which helps decision making.
  • Experience in analysis of pricing - Providing strategic support to key business activities across the Company.
  • Developing strategy for optimum utilization of available resources.
  • Exploring feasibility of new business opportunity.
  • Providing expertise and strategy in negotiations including pay negotiations.
  • Expert advise on MOU parameters.
  • Expert advise on Bid submission in competitive environment.


Post Name: Expert/Specialist (Business Analytics)

Essential Qualification:

  1. 04 years full time Degree in Engineering or equivalent with First Class or 60% overall marks OR
  2. Full time graduate in Science/Commerce with First Class or 60% overall marks AND
  3. 02 years full time PG Degree/PG Diploma in Data Science/Analyitics with First Class or 60% overall

Desirable:

  1. Certification in SAP
  2. Certification in business Analytics software.

Essential Work Experience:

  1. Minimum 08 years of post-qualification (i.e. after PG Degree/PG Diploma in Data Science/Analytics) work experience in the field of IT/Statistics related projects with reputed Organisations.
  2. Hands on experience of at least 02 years in Business Analytics Software tools.

Desirable Experience:

  1. Experience of 05 years in Data/Business Analytics Role.
  2. Worked as Lead in assignments using analytical techniques to contribute to Company business growth.
  3. Experience in any one or more of the following areas:
  • SAP/ERP System development
  • Data Modelling
  • AI and ML
