ICMR Regional Medical Research Centre NE Region invites application from eligible candidates for Walk-in-Interview for the following posts:

Post Name: Project Assistant (Research Assistant)

Essential Qualification:

1. Graduate Degree in Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Molecular Biology/Molecular Genetics or other relevant subjects with 3 (three) years of research experience. or

2. Masters degree in Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Molecular Biology/Molecular Genetics or other relevant subjects.

Desirable: Experience in bio-informatics, protein expression, gene cloning and protein purification.

Post Name: Project Technician-III (Field Worker)

Essential Qualification:

1. 12th pass in science subjects and two years diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician, or

2. 12th pass in science subjects and one year DMLT plus one year relevant experience in a recognised organisation, or

3. 12th pass in science subjects and 2 (two) years relevant field/laboratory experience.

4. B.Sc degree shall be treated as 3 years experience

Desirable:

1. Field related work experience, blood collection and processing, microbiology culture experience, DNA extraction, PCR/qPCR etc.

2. Knowledge of local language.

Place of Interview: ICMR-RMCRC, Dibrugarh
