Essential Qualification: B.E/B. Tech/MA/MSc./ M.Phil/MBA/ MBBS degree from a reputed University, Ph.D degree OR Retired Central/State Govt. officer of the level not below Deputy Secretary/Director in Govt. of India having an experience in matters relating to gender issues human rights, policy framing, Administrative functioning of Govt. or a Domain Expert.
