Essential Qualification: Officers of the Centrai Government or State Government or Union Territories or Public Sector Undertakings or Universities or recognized Research Institutions or Autonomous/ Statutory Bodies:

• Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department or

• With two years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in the level-7 (44990-142400) in the pay matrix or six years service, in the grade rendered after appointment there to, on a regular basis in the level -6 (35400-112400) in the pay matrix or equitant

• Master degree with Commerce or Master of Business Administrative, in material management from a recognised University and two years experience in sales, supply, procurement, store management from Cantal Government or State Government or Public Sector Undertakings or University or Research Institutes or Autonomous or Statutory Bodies
