National Institute of Technology Goa invites applications for the following post(s) via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Junior Research Fellow

Essential Qualification: M.Tech./ M.E. and B.Tech /B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or related branches of Mechanical Engineering with NET/GATE and at least 6.5 CGPA or 60 percent marks in aggregate from a recognized technical institute or university in a full-time program.

Desirable: Master Degree in Thermal/ Manufacturing /Mechatronics with relevant research experience in the field of renewable energy.

A strong knowledge in the following areas;

1. Any CFD tool e.g. ANSYS Fluent, OpenFOAM etc. for numerical analysis.

2. Knowledge of relevant tools such as LabVIEW, ARDUINO Code, MATLAB, PCB Fabrication etc. will be highly encouraged.

3. Handling of Data Acquisition System (DAQ).

4. Basic knowledge on electrical and electronics circuit and components.
