Post Name: Chief Information Officer

Essential Qualification:

(i) Bachelor or Masters degree from a recognized university/ institution. Preference would be given to persons having graduate/ postgraduate qualification in Software Engineering/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology/ Computer Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Communications/ Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Other engineering streams.

(ii) MBA/PGDBA will be an added advantage.

Essential Work Experience:

(i) Minimum 15 years of overall post-qualification experience in IT with BFSI organizations, or in technology/ software organizations engaged in creating large-scale products/ platforms/ applications for the BFSI industry.

(ii) Out of the above, 5 years of immediate past experience in BFSI organizations in a senior management role will be preferable.

(iii) Good to have Strong vendor management skills.

Post Name: Chief Technology Officer

Essential Qualification:

(i) Engineering Graduate or MCA from a recognized University/ Institution.

(ii) B.E. /B.Tech./M.E./ M. Tech. from a recognized University/ Institution in Software Engineering/Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology/ Computer Technology/ Electronics / Electronics & Communications will be preferred.

(iii) MBA will be an added advantage.

Essential Work Experience:

(i) Minimum 15 years of overall post-qualification experience in IT with a regulated financial services organization or in creating large-scale products/platforms/ applications for the BFSI industry in technology/software organizations is mandatory.

(ii) The candidate should have worked in Banking- IT-related areas/ projects involving IT Policy and Planning/ Financial Networks and Applications/ Financial Information Systems/ Cyber Security Technologies/ Payment Technologies, etc., of which 5 years should be at a senior management level.

Post Name: Deputy Chief Technology Officer (e-Channels)

Essential Qualification: Bachelor or Masters degree in software engineering or relevant field; MBA will be an added advantage.

Essential Work Experience:

(i) 12 years of experience in technology/IT preferably with regulated financial services organizations.

(ii) Proven experience in leading digital channels in the BFSI sector with a deep technology background and ability to handle the development, operations, and management of channels.

(iii) Should have handled large teams.

(iv) Expertise in the channel - standardization, modernization, and consolidation.

(v) Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.

(vi) Experience with building digital domain for an FS organization, preferably a bank

(vii) Prowess in the customer-facing retail channel(s)

(viii) Global banking exposure

(ix) Experience in Agile Development

(x) Exposure in vendor management

(xi) Understanding of channel frameworks and steering applications

Post Name: Deputy Chief Technology Officer (Core Banking)

Essential Qualification: Bachelor or Masters degree in software engineering or relevant field; MBA will be an added advantage.

Essential Work Experience:

(i) 15 years of experience in technology/IT preferably with regulated financial services organizations

(ii) Proven experience in leading core banking architecture modules in the BFSI sector with a deep technology background and the ability to move it to a nimbler tech stack

(iii) Should have handled large teams

(iv) Expertise in core banking solutions such as TCS, Bancs or Finacle

(v) Proficient as a technical architect in core banking applications

(vi) Prowess in COBOL framework

(vii) Strong relationship with Product Owner, Scrum Master and Design Leads

(viii) Experience in Agile Development

(ix) Exposure in vendor management

(x) Understanding of API

(xi) Global banking/Product based company exposure
