Essential Work Experience: (20 Years of post-qualification experience of managing/Operating coal mines of which not less than 02 years should be in the position of Addl. General Manager/Dy. General Manager/ Chief Manager or equivalent with minimum 12 years experience as first class Mines Manager in mechanized open cast coal mine having capacity of 3.0 MTPA with experience in coal mines planning, development and operation of mechanized open cast coal mine, having up to the date knowledge of rules and regulations and experience in dealing with regulatory authorities on operational and statutory compliances.
