Essential Qualification: Retired IRSSE at level-15 and above in CDA pay Matrix (7th CPC)

Essential Work Experience: Candidates should have working experience in the following field of work:

• The Candidate should have more than 35 years of experience in Railway Signalling/Transportation, including Planning, Design, Maintenance, Construction, Quality Assurance, Estimate/Tender etc. pertaining to Railway Signalling Infrastructure. The candidate should also have an exposure to International Railway Signaling Systems, Competence/ Licensing Certification practices like IRSE (UK), Best Industrial practices adopted worldwide for Railway Transportation etc. The candidate should have adopted, during his tenure in Railway Sector, innovative practices to improve throughput/efficiency/safety in train operation and also have adequate experience of working in higher administrative posts in Railway Sector JRIG.
