Rail Land Development Authority invites applications for the following posts via Deputation:

Post Name: Member (Planning)

Essential Qualification:

(a) The applicant should possess an MBA or a Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering from a recognised Institution or University, and

(b) Should have ten years experience in Town/Urban Planning or in the management of land and property in relation to its legal, engineering and managerial aspects; and

(c) Should be an officer from outside Railway administration working in Central Govt/State Govt or Central/State Public Sector Unit or Authorities/Bodies having a minimum total service experience of 22 years in the respective organization serving in the pay Band of 37,400-67,000/- with Grade Pay of 8,600/- or above in CDA scale or its equivalent in IDA or other scales and his cumulative evaluation of Annual Confidential Reports/APARs of last five years prior to meeting of the Search-cum-Selection Committee (SCSC) should not be less than 22 points.
