Educational Qualification : Officers of the Central Government
(i) holding analogous post on regular basis
(ii) with eight years regular service in the grade of Lower Division Clerk or Junior Secretariat Assistant or equivalent service in level-2 (19900-63200) in pay matrix possessing educational qualification of degree from a recognized university.
