Post Name : Additional Director of Enforcement

Essential Qualification : Officers of the Central Government or State Governments or Union Territory Administrations or Public Sector Undertaking or Universities or recognised research institutions or semi Government or autonomous bodies or statutory organization ;

(i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department

(ii) with five years regular service in the grade in pay band-3 of Rs. 15600-39100

Essential Work Experience : Officers of the Central Government or State Governments or Union Territory Administrations or Public Sector Undertaking or Universities or recognised research institutions or semi Government or autonomous bodies or statutory organization  possesing twelve years of experience, out of which eight years shall be in the field of intelligence or investigation work and adjudication or prosecution work relating to fiscal

Post Name : Additional Director (Prosecution)

Essential Qualification :

(i) Degree in law from a recognized University or equivalent

(ii) Officers of the Central Government holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre of Department

(iii) Officers of the Central Government with five years regular service in the grade in pay band-3 of Rs. 15600-39100

Essential Work Experience : Tweleve years experience in dealing with fiscal laws including provisions of Income Tax Act, Customs Act, FEMA, FERA or Criminal Laws

Post Name : Joint Director

Essential Qualification : Officers of the Central Government or State Governments or Union Territory Administrations or Public Sector Undertaking or Universities or recognised research institutions or semi Government or autonomous bodies or statutory organization ;

(i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department

(ii) with five years regular service in the grade in pay band-3 of Rs. 15600-39100

Essential Work Experience : Officers of the Central Government or State Governments or Union Territory Administrations or Public Sector Undertaking or Universities or recognised research institutions or semi Government or autonomous bodies or statutory organization possesing ten years of experience, out of which six years shall be in the field of intelligence or investigation work and adjudication or prosecution work relating to fiscal
