Essential Qualification: Graduate in case of Indian Railway Accounts Services (IRAS) officers and CA/CMA in case of others. 

Essential Work Experience: Having 20 years of experience for GGM in government PSU in the field of finance and Accounts. and having atleast 5 years in contract management (handling tenders, vetting of estimates, tender documents, variations, etc.)

Pay Scales: Working in payscale Rs 120000-280000 (IDA) E8/ Rs 144200-218200 (CDA) L14

or Has been working for 4 years in payscale Rs 100000-260000(IDA) E7/ Rs 123100-215900 (CDA) L13 (For Central Govt officers, this condition will be applicable for absorption only)
