High Court Of Madhya Pradesh invites applications for Civil Judge, Junior Division (Entry Level) Exam-2022
Exam name: Civil Judge, Junior Division (Entry Level) Exam-2022
Educational Qualification:
He/She does not hold a graduate degree in law from a university recognized by the Bar Council of India;
Provided that he must have continuously practiced law as an advocate for at least three years till the last date fixed for submission of application. or
An exceptional Law graduate with excellent academic career in five/three year course in Law who has appeared in all examinations in the first attempt and in any semester/year without appearing in supplementary examination or without ATKT, in the case of a candidate belonging to General Category or Other Backward Class. Must have secured at least 70 percent marks in aggregate and in case of candidates belonging to reserved category (Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe), at least 50 percent marks in aggregate.
In the case of candidates practicing in the District Court, by the Principal District Judge of the concerned district or in the case of practicing before the High Court, by the Principal Registrar / Registrar (Judicial) or where the candidate is practicing, Certificate of Continuous Practice issued by the President/Secretary of the Bar Association will also have to be submitted.
