High Court Of Madhya Pradesh invites applications for Civil Judge, Junior Division (Entry Level) Exam-2022

Exam name: Civil Judge, Junior Division (Entry Level) Exam-2022

Educational Qualification: 

  • He/She does not hold a graduate degree in law from a university recognized by the Bar Council of India;

Provided that he must have continuously practiced law as an advocate for at least three years till the last date fixed for submission of application. or

  • An exceptional Law graduate with excellent academic career in five/three year course in Law who has appeared in all examinations in the first attempt and in any semester/year without appearing in supplementary examination or without ATKT, in the case of a candidate belonging to General Category or Other Backward Class. Must have secured at least 70 percent marks in aggregate and in case of candidates belonging to reserved category (Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe), at least 50 percent marks in aggregate.

  • In the case of candidates practicing in the District Court, by the Principal District Judge of the concerned district or in the case of practicing before the High Court, by the Principal Registrar / Registrar (Judicial) or where the candidate is practicing, Certificate of Continuous Practice issued by the President/Secretary of the Bar Association will also have to be submitted.

Recruitment Details

High Court Of Madhya Pradesh invites application for various posts. Total 195 number of vacancy/vacancies have been announced in the notification. Applications are invited with reference to advertisement number 113/Exam/C.J./2022. The minimum age limit is 21 and the maximum age limit ranges to 35, depending on the specific post. Please look at the Official Notification for the age limits mentioned for each post. Age relaxation will be given to the following categories: SC/ST Categories, Other Backward Classes, Person With Benchmark Disability and Government Servant/Departmental Candidate will be as per the government rules. Quota/Reservation will be provided to the following categories: Unreserved, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes and PWBD Quota . The examination will be conducted through Online mode at Regional level. The selection process will include an Interview process. After compilation of all the procedures, the candidates will be posted at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India, 482001.

All candidates, who appeared in all four papers of Main Examination of Civil Judge, Junior Division (Entry Level) Exam-2022, held on 30.03.2024 and 31.03.2024 are informed to send self attested soft copies of their all relevant law graduation/three years continuous practice documents to ascertain their eligibility in terms of The Madhya Pradesh Judicial Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1994 along-with duly filled proforma attached with this notice to the Examination Section on the e-mail address regexamhcjbp@mp.gov.in by mentioning the name of post in the subject on or before 05.05.2024.
