Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers Rights Authority invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Legal Advisor

Essential Qualification: Bachelor degree in Law from recognized University or Institute, enrolled as an advocate in BAR Council, practiced as an advocate

Experience:- Minimum five years and having experience of handling cases including intellectual property rights, legal documentation, drafting, and notarization.

Desirable:- Bachelors Degree in Science or Agricultural Science followed by a degree of Law from UGC recognized University.
