Essential Qualification:
A degree in Mechanical Engineering branch of a recognized university or equivalent with 2 years experience. OR
A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Branch from a recognized Board/Institution with 5 years of experience in a workshop or factory concerned or in production or in teaching in any recognized institution.
Must be able to read, write and speak in one of the State languages.
Must be conversant with local customs and traditions of Sikkim.
