Essential Qualification:

• The candidates should have PhD degree (Botany Microbiology Life Science/ Biotechnology Biochemistry/ Biosciences/ Plant Science or any related field) from Indian University/Institutes with NIRF ranking of upto 20 (overall or in respective areas) or those who have done PhD from abroad will be eligible.

• The candidates must have proven track record with published work at least two papers in QI or Q2 journals or SCOPUS/Web of Science listed journals.

Desirable:

• Candidates with research experience in the field of Plant Microbiology.

• Plant Pathology, Bacterial endophytes and their Microscopy, Bioinformatics, Metagenome and Whole genome sequencing analysis with evidence of original research publications will be preferred.
