Post Name: Research Assistant OR Research Associate
Essential Qualification:
Research Assistant: Post Graduate in MBA or equivalent/ M.Com/ Social Science discipline (55% minimum marks) and Basic computer skills.
Research Associate: Post Graduate in MBA or equivalent/ M.Com/ Social Science discipline (55% minimum marks) with NET/ M.Phil/ Ph.D. and Basic computer skills.
Desirable: At-least two years of experience in conducting social survey and working knowledge of social research techniques. Knowledge of SPSS, experience in marketing in the rural/tribal region of the state of Jharkhand. Preference will be given to the candidate who are conversant in the regional dialect of Jharkhand and possess good communication skills.
