Indian Council of Medical Research invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment:
Post Name: Specialist Grade-III
Essential Qualification:
A recognized Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act,1956 (102 of 1956).
Post graduate degree or diploma in the concerned speciality or super speciality,namely:-
(i) Medicine-Doctor of Medicine (Medicine); or Doctor of Medicine(General Medicine); or
(ii) Ophthalmology-Master of Surgery (Ophthalmology), or Doctor of Medicine (Ophthalmology), or Diploma in Ophthalmology, or Diploma in Ophthalmic medicine and surgery.
Essential Work Experience: Three years experience in the concerned specialty or super speciality after obtaining the first postgraduate degree or five years experience after the postgraduate diploma.

Essential Qualification:
Master Degree in Psychology from a recognized university or institute; or
Master of Philosophy (M Phil) in Clinical Psychology from a recognized university or institute.
Essential Work Experience: Three years experience in Clinical Psychology in a hundred bedded hospital from the Central Government or State Government or Union territories or Autonomous or Statutory Organization or Public Sector Undertakings or Universities or recognized research Institute.
Desirable: Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) in Clinical Psychology from recognized Institution or University.
