Essential Qualification:
(i) Officers retired as Section Officer/Assistant Section Officer in Pay Level 8/7 from Central Government Department with minimum experience of 12-15 years in establishment and legal matters.
(ii) Officers retired as Private Secretary/Personal Assistant in Pay Level 8/7 from Central Government Department with minimum experience of 12 -15 years in CSSS cadre.
