(i) Officers of the Central, State Government, U.T. Administration or Central Statutory Bodies, Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts on regular basis and having experience in Administration and establishment matters also preferably account matters.
(ii) Officers having MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management shall be given preference
