(1) M. Pharma or M.Sc. (Chemistry) from a University established by law in India. Preference shall be given to the person having Ph.D. in concerned subject from a University established by law in India.

(2) Working Knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagri Script and knowledge of Rajasthan Culture.
