Essential Qualification:

1. The applicants should be enrolled for Ph.D. under AcSIR at its academic centers/associate academic centers and have a valid National-Level Fellowship. Applicants with permanent employment (including industry-sponsored) are not eligible

2. The following category of applicants would be exempted from the minimum eligibility condition of having a valid National-Level Fellowship
3. IEL/TS (International English Language Testing System) as proof of English language competency.
