National Institute of Technology Karnataka Surathkal invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:
Post Name: Junior Research Fellow
Essential Qualification:
Candidate with B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical and other allied disciplines in first division. Candidate must have qualified GATE examination. (old gate score is also considered). OR
M.Tech./M.E. in Machine design / Thermal Engineering/ Mechatronics / Control Engineering/ Vehicle Dynamics / Automobile Engineering / Machine Dynamics or any other allied areaswith a first division in both graduate and post graduate degrees. Candidate must have qualified GATE examination (old gate score is also considered).
Desirable:
Basic exposure to software such as MATLAB, ADAMS, ANSYS, LabView, CFD.
Ability to work in a team, good communication skills and experience in experimental research for fabrication of setup.
