Essential Qualification:

  • Masters degree in Human Resource Management/ Community Development/ Education/ Social Work/ Psychology/ Social Science/ Public Health/ Human Rights, or a related field.

  • Global certifications in Organisation Development/ HR Management, or related areas is preferred

Essential Work Experience:

  • Strong background in Human Resources, with a proven track record as an exceptional Human Resource Expert.

  • 12-15 years of experience in handling at least 2 large-scale human resource transformation/ capacity building/ organization development, or competency/skill mapping projects, as Project or Programme Manager.

  • Experience in designing and implementing competency frameworks.

  • Skilled in managing change processes within a governmental context.

  • Highly motivated and skilled in team management.

  • Well-organised, with proficiency in building networks both inside and outside the organisation
