Essential Qualification:
Masters degree in Human Resource Management/ Community Development/ Education/ Social Work/ Psychology/ Social Science/ Public Health/ Human Rights, or a related field.
Global certifications in Organisation Development/ HR Management, or related areas is preferred
Essential Work Experience:
Strong background in Human Resources, with a proven track record as an exceptional Human Resource Expert.
12-15 years of experience in handling at least 2 large-scale human resource transformation/ capacity building/ organization development, or competency/skill mapping projects, as Project or Programme Manager.
Experience in designing and implementing competency frameworks.
Skilled in managing change processes within a governmental context.
Highly motivated and skilled in team management.
Well-organised, with proficiency in building networks both inside and outside the organisation
